Is there outdoor space?

We're thrilled to bring the outdoors in. We have a large garage door that can be opened during comfortable temperatures to give the seasons inside. We have partnered with Alary's to offer an outdoor ceremony space (additional fees apply and is dependent on date and other factors). We can also partner with the parking lot to reserve spaces for the weekend and dress it up for an outdoor reception area.

How do I book a date?

Please use the button above to express interest in our space. You can book a walk through with our staff and discuss possible dates available.

What is your capacity?

We can accommodate 180+ guests seated and 300 for a theater or reception style event.

What caterers can we use?

We have an open catering policy. One option is our in-house caterer, Sawatdee Thai Restaurant, who can provide fresh Thai food from their location next door. In addition, we have a list of trusted caterers who have experience working at Abrazar and are familiar with our regulations, policies, and procedures. You may use any other full service caterer with prior written approval of Abrazar. All caterers working at Abrazar are required to have a valid food service license and certificate of insurance on file with Abrazar. We also allow potlucks or pick up catered food, please ask us for details.

Where do we park?

Abrazar has relationships with the surface lot behind ourbuilding and the ramp directly across the street. We can work with you on all your parking needs. We will provide all the necessary information to make the process simple.

Can I decorate the space?

Yes. We want you to make the space yours for your event. There are some guidelines regarding what decorations are allowed. We will discuss those details during the tour of our space.

Is your building wheelchair accessible?

We have partnered with Sawatdee Thai Restaurant to provide ADA access to Abrazar. Guests can enter and exit through Sawatdee throughout the rental period. If Sawatdee is closed, we will provide access through Sawatdee using an intercom system similar to one at an apartment complex.

May we bring our own alcohol?

All alcohol must be provided by one our of alcohol providers. No alcohol of any kind may be brought to Abrazar or the exterior spaces inside and around the Rossmor building.

Do I need rental insurance?

We do require all clients to have rental insurance.

Can I have my ceremony on site?

Of course, there are many options available. We can fliip the room, set it in the dining room set-up or work with a partner business for an outdoor option (additional fees apply). We can also partner with the multiple Rossmor businesses so that guests can have a cocktail hour in the same building.
